- ➤ A federal appeals court ruled Tuesday that misdated ballots are valid because Pennsylvania’s rule violates constitutional rights—Gov. Shapiro said the decision protects voters' rights as county election offices count mail-in ballots with minor errors. - ➤ SEPTA bus drivers face safety concerns as frustrated passengers abuse them amid service cuts—abuse has included spitting, slapping, and even urine being thrown while newer employees worry about potential layoffs affecting nearly 700 workers.
