  • The YMCA of Greater Brandywine will host Breakfast of Champions on Wednesday, Apr. 23 at Penn Oaks Golf Club to honor over 5,000 volunteers who logged more than 76,800 service hours last year+ the event is part of Volunteer Appreciation Week from Apr. 20-26 and will feature awards for outstanding community service. CRIME NEWS

  • Bradley Arroyo, a 23-year-old from Nottingham, was arrested by Oxford police on December 28 at 8:33 a.m. after a routine well-being check led officers to find suspected drugs and paraphernalia—lab tests confirmed the substances were controlled—and his preliminary hearing is set for April 29 at Oxford District Court.  MyChesCo
