- ➤ Chester County is seeking nominations for the 2026 VISTA NextGen Superstars award to recognize local leaders. Entries for nominees under 40 must be submitted by Jan. 23, with winners announced the week of Feb. 10 & celebrated April 30 at the Penn State Great Valley Conference Center. VISTA Today
