  • West Chester’s QVC offers holiday gifts at low prices on clothes, jewelry, home items, and makeup with free shipping and weekly payment plans—shoppers can save nearly $100 on Dyson hair tools and $60 on Tatcha sets.  VISTA Today
  • Verrica Pharmaceuticals raised about $50 million in a PIPE deal last week to pay off its credit agreement with OrbiMed and strengthen its balance sheet while extending its cash runway into mid-2027 — the company said the funds will boost its molluscum contagiosum treatment and clinical programs.  MyChesCo
  • UGI Corporation said it made record earnings in fiscal 2025 with net income rising from $269M to $678M and free cash flow around $530M, which improved its liquidity. The company raised its long-term growth goal and gave fiscal 2026 guidance with adjusted EPS between $2.90 and $3.15 — and its board declared a quarterly dividend payable January 1.  MyChesCo

CULTURE NEWS

  • Longwood Gardens is hosting A Longwood Christmas with dazzling lights and garden art—featuring gemstone-inspired colors that brighten the conservatories and grounds. HEALTH NEWS

  • A new report from Vitable Health showed a gap between how small business owners view healthcare and what employees actually got—40% of workers delayed treatment because of high costs, and 70% said affordable care affected their job choices. The study surveyed over 1,200 people between September and October and found many employers sought simpler, measurable reforms—pointing to a growing need for better health access.  MyChesCo

  • Stonewall Capital is set to build White Clay Point, a $300 million mixed-use community on former farmland in New Garden Township—this project will offer 622 residential units, a grocery store, and a Wawa convenience store, with construction scheduled to start next fall.  VISTA Today
