- ➤ A stray dog named Tinkerbell was rescued from a freezing creek near Route 30 and Route 100 in Exton when witnesses and first responders— from West Whiteland Fire Company and West Whiteland Township Police— used a blanket to pull her from icy water; she is now recovering at Lucky Dawg Animal Rescue in Avondale and will remain under care for several weeks before adoption.
