  • SEPTA commuters experienced delays on several regional rail lines this morning due to signal issues — service resumed after 5:30 a.m. though some trips faced delays of up to 60 minutes and select trains were canceled as mandated inspections of the Silverliner IV fleet were carried out following five fires this year.  The Philadelphia Inquirer
