- ➤ Herr Foods, a family-owned company in Nottingham, passed its leadership to third-generation CEO Troy Gunden on Sept. 1—he began his career as a route salesperson in West Chester and served as president for six years. - ➤ Iron Hill Brewery closed its Chester County locations last month and filed for bankruptcy, leaving the fate of its beer stock—ranging from canned beer to brew in earlier stages—to be decided by a bankruptcy judge in a process that may take several months to over a year. VISTA Today

- ➤ The WCU Department of Theatre & Dance will host the fourth annual Dance for HER benefit concert on Oct. 19 at 6:00 p.m. in Asplundh Hall—dancers from West Chester and local studios will perform to raise funds for Unite for HER, a nonprofit that supports those affected by breast and ovarian cancers.
