- ➤ Authorities in Chester are searching for an 18-year-old suspect wanted for a July 24 West End shooting—officers found a victim with gunshot wounds and evidence tied to a dispute over an abandoned vehicle—and have issued an arrest warrant charging him with attempted murder and other related offenses.
