  • Authorities in Upper Chichester Township are searching for 37-year-old Nicholas Martella—a white male with brown hair and brown eyes and described as 6 feet 2 inches tall and about 200 pounds—after a deadly shooting occurred on the 4300 block of Naamans Creek Road on July 24.  MyChesCo

EDUCATION NEWS

  • Bobbi Caprice, Director of Athletics at Penn State Brandywine, grew up in Broomall in a sports-loving family and now lives in West Chester with her children—she applies work-life integration to balance her busy career.   • Chester County Government has named Megan Moser as its new Chief Experience Officer after ratification at a public meeting—she will oversee community-facing services in health, human services, libraries, open space preservation, voter services, water resources, workforce development and Pocopson Home, and she will begin her role on Aug. 11.  VISTA Today
