CRIME NEWS

GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • Eden Ratliff, a West Chester native with more than 10 years in municipal government, was named municipal manager of Middletown and will oversee 6 departments with 212 employees at a salary of $215,000 a year. He worked in Charlottesville and Kennett Township, where he led an embezzlement investigation + recovered over 80% of the stolen funds.  VISTA Today
  • Casi Long, a dairy farmer and owner of Kolb’s Farm Store in East Coventry, is challenging the township’s decision to cancel her farm events that include live music, ice cream nights, and on-farm breakfasts to bring customers to her store.
