- ➤ On May 27, authorities in Chester County issued a warrant to locate 21-year-old Wynea Tyshyne Lornair Ayers—described as 5'3" and 120 pounds with black hair and brown eyes—accused of felony retail theft; residents are urged not to approach her and to report any sightings to the West Whiteland Police Department at 610-363-0200. - ➤ PennDOT announced that line striping operations will cause lane closures on multiple state highways in Chester County from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on weekdays from Monday, June 2 through Monday, June 30.
