- ➤ Thistle Hills in Coatesville offers a two-year, rent-free program (for up to four women survivors) with trauma-informed counseling, medical care, legal guidance and job training for independent living. - ➤ Two Chester County high school students earned associate degrees from Delaware County Community College before receiving their high school diplomas as part of a dual enrollment program that saw 30 students earn college credits last Thursday.
