- ➤ Malvern resident Deborah Hausladen runs Sneakers for Soldiers, a nonprofit that sends new sneakers to service members deployed in combat zones. For eight years the organization has donated over 17,000 pairs of sneakers (meeting a need not provided by the military) to help soldiers in harsh conditions. VISTA Today
