- ➤ PECO hosted its latest Junior Infrastructure Academy last week at Widener University for more than 80 high school students (from six local schools) interested in energy careers. GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ On May 20, voters will select candidates to fill an open Commonwealth Court seat and a Superior Court vacancy. The Commonwealth seat (left by retired Judge Ellen Ceisler) and the Superior seat (vacated when Judge Daniel McCaffery moved to the state Supreme Court) will influence the state's legal decisions. - ➤ Chester County Commissioners announced a series of projects from the citizen-led Innovate Chester County initiative to address issues such as children’s mental health, veteran resource communication, affordable housing, and transit service improvements — over 100 residents helped develop the recommendations.
