Chester County OIC has welcomed new board members—Anthony Carter, Cynthia Eaton, and Jeffrey Fleming—who bring years of experience in business, media, and legal work to support job skills and education programs in the community.

Fleming, a West Chester resident, said he looks forward to helping the nonprofit serve local needs.

The Friends of Chester County Library will hold its Spring Book Sale from April 11—13 with early member access on Friday and a public sale on Saturday plus a bag sale on Sunday to support library programs.

Chester County native Christy Campli, owner of Growing Roots Partners, was named one of the 2025 VISTA NextGen Superstars; she will be honored at the Awards Reception + Celebration on May 8 at Penn State Great Valley Conference Center.
