  • At Citizens Bank Park, Ghost Energy replaced Harry Kalas’ concession stand name with the Ghost Energy Deck.   • West Chester-based QVC Group is seeking additional time to file its annual SEC report as it navigates lender talks + accounting review delays. The company expects to file the report no later than April 15.  VISTA Today

GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • The Pennsylvania government expanded quarantine guidelines on March 23 to help mushroom growers in Chester County fight the phorid fly that harms 40-percent of local farms each year. Growers will use steam treatments and extra steps, and local officials remain hopeful for safer crops.  VISTA Today
