- ➤ West Chester police arrested 35-year-old William Kilvington from Middletown, Delaware, during a routine traffic stop in East Bradford Township on March 25 at about 8:06 p.m. after officers discovered a stolen license plate on his vehicle and an outstanding warrant on his record. MyChesCo
- ➤ Authorities in Parkesburg charged 45-year-old Jennifer J. Scott with terroristic threats and related offenses after a disturbance occurred in Atglen Borough on March 20, 2025—her preliminary hearing at District Court 15-3-07 has not yet been scheduled. MyChesCo
