  • Local organizers plan the West Chester 'No Kings' rally tomorrow from 1 to 2 p.m. at the Historic Chester County Courthouse (2 N.   • Penn State Great Valley will host its 14th Annual Golf Outing on Tuesday, May 19 at Applecross Country Club in Downingtown, inviting corporate partners, Penn Staters and golf lovers to enjoy food, cocktails and a silent auction.   • Drivers on U.S. 30 will face overnight delays due to PennDOT's geotechnical drilling from Monday, Mar. 30 through Thursday, Apr. 2 — the work affecting the stretch between Route 82 Interchange and Old Mill Road overpass near Coatesville is expected to slow traffic.  MyChesCo
