- ➤ West Whiteland Police Department issued an arrest warrant on March 17 for 28-year-old Dimitri Horvat, described as a White male 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing about 175 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes, on allegations of felony retail theft and urged residents to share any information they have.
