- ➤ Advocates and local officials testified at Kennett Library on March 12 during a hearing led by State Rep. Christina Sappey on House Bill 820 to propose the Working Pennsylvanians Tax Credit—this measure would give nearly 1 million eligible families up to 30 percent of their federal Earned Income Tax Credit to help cover daily expenses.
