  • Vanguard Group will return hundreds of jobs to its Malvern headquarters after it outsourced 1,300 positions six years ago & 248 employees at its Infosys subsidiary in Chesterbrook are set to be laid off from Mar. 29 to Sept. 30, with most offered new roles within Vanguard.  VISTA Today

  • Eastern University completed its purchase of a 33.3-acre portion of Valley Forge Military College property on Feb. 27, including athletic facilities and apartments near campus. GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • On Sunday, clocks will move from 2 a.m. to 3 a.m. as daylight saving begins until Nov. 1, alerting West Chester residents to later sunsets.
