GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ PennDOT's work on U.S. 202 along Wilmington Pike and Route 926 along Street Road will cause delays from Monday, Mar. 2 to Friday, Mar. 20, with lane closures from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on weekdays as crews improve traffic flow (special measures guard the Westtown Inn). MyChesCo
- ➤ Township supervisors approved the purchase of 24 acres from Rock Hill Farm on Feb. 12 using the Open Space Fund + a local group continues to oppose developer Brian O’Neill’s plan to build luxury homes on the 246-acre property.
