- ➤ Chase Bank will open 14 new branches in Greater Philadelphia this year; three will launch in Chester County at 808 E. Baltimore Pike in Kennett Square, 293 Schuylkill Road in Phoenixville, and Nova Way and Octorara Trail in Parkesburg (adding 300 jobs). VISTA Today

- ➤ Kristin Proto led the Garage Community and Youth Center in Kennett Square, managing youth programs—ranging from academics and creative arts to internship opportunities—to support nearly 500 students over the past decade. VISTA Today

- ➤ West Fallowfield Township won a $1 million federal grant to help Cochranville (a 300-year-old village) get its first public water line.
