- ➤ PennDOT crews will repair potholes on more than 30 state highways across Chester, Bucks, and surrounding counties the week of Feb. 23. Motorists may face lane closures and slowdowns during daytime repairs, so plan extra time. MyChesCo
- ➤ FirstEnergy Pennsylvania filed a new default service plan with the PUC that proposes fewer auctions, safeguards to limit high rates, and shorter peak hours from 3-7 p.m. The commission will rule on the plan by the end of 2026, which could stabilize power costs + boost competition. WFMZ-TV
