- ➤ Mark Gellert has opened a Chefs for Seniors franchise in Chester County to offer seniors in-home, customized meal service. His culinary background and caring approach—sparked by watching his 84-year-old mother struggle with nutrition—influenced the launch aimed at boosting seniors' quality of life. VISTA Today
- ➤ Alessandro Fiorello, owner of Alessandro’s Wood Fired Italian and Alessandro’s Pizzeria, will open a bar-focused restaurant in Bryn Mawr Village (in the former Il Fiore spot). - ➤ Mike Lloyd, a lawyer trained at Harvard from south Louisiana, has grown the construction firm in Malvern by over 70 percent since he took over as president three years ago, raising revenue to 600 million dollars & expanding into New Jersey and Delaware. - ➤ Locust Lane Craft Brewery will host in-person pairings at its Malvern facility through Feb. 22 — founder Tom Arnold will guide guests on matching different beers with Girl Scout Cookies while Girl Scout Troop #41141 sells cookies on Saturdays. VISTA Today
- ➤ Westtown Historical Commission will host a Black History Month discussion on Bayard Rustin, a West Chester native, on Saturday, Feb. 28 at 10 a.m. at the township building on 1039 Wilmington Pike. The free talk led by historian Dave Walter will last about an hour. VISTA Today

- ➤ A dense fog advisory is in effect until 10 a.m. today across parts of southeast Pennsylvania (visibility drops to a quarter to half-mile), so motorists are urged to drive slowly and use their headlights for safety. WFMZ-TV

- ➤ Vishay Intertechnology Inc. declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share, to be paid on March 26 for stockholders recorded on March 12. Future dividends remain subject to board approval and the company produces electronic components at its Malvern headquarters. MyChesCo

- ➤ Three counties have joined forces with adult protective services to address rising elder abuse, including financial exploitation, as more residents age. Officials say the regional plan will expand services and collaboration (details pending). WFMZ-TV

- ➤ Bleecker Hall — a historic 1870s mansion in West Chester — underwent a 24-month renovation by owners Patrick and Dava Murray and local designer Holley Alley to create a family-friendly home while retaining its vintage charm.
