- ➤ Pennie officials say the open enrollment period for 2026 health coverage will end January 31, so residents needing insurance or a review must act soon. - ➤ Health inspectors reported food safety issues at multiple eateries during Jan. 23 inspections; at West Chester’s Bored Trading Cafe, improper food handling and equipment failures required immediate corrections—other establishments in Oxford and Exton must address sanitation concerns to protect diners.
