West Chester-based Exokinetics is helping disabled veterans regain mobility using Zeen, a device that lets users sit, stand and walk without motors or batteries.

Chester County health officials inspected seven food establishments on Wednesday, Jan.

14 and found violations including unsafe temperatures, sanitation lapses, and rodent activity (affecting restaurants, markets, and a childcare center) that prompted immediate corrective actions with follow-up inspections planned.
