- ➤ Moody National REIT II sold the 125-room Hampton Inn Philadelphia Great Valley Malvern in Frazer to BNS Associates for $10.4M on Dec. 11, 2025 — the deal came at $83,200 per room as the hotel earned $2.5M in revenue over nine months. VISTA Today
- ➤ Smart Energy Initiative will host its 14th Annual Energy Briefing on Feb. 5 from 8 AM to 10 AM at the Chester County Economic Development Council in Exton. The briefing will cover ITC changes + their impact on local energy projects. VISTA Today
