- ➤ Ten Chester County nonprofits will each get a $10K grant from the Whitford Charitable Classic after its Sept. 19–21 event at Whitford Country Club — the $100K boost supports local food, youth, housing and animal welfare initiatives. - ➤ A Chicago-based Focus Healthcare Partners affiliate acquired Bellingham at West Chester, a 274-unit senior living community on 12 acres south of Paoli Pike, for $27.05 million. The purchase marks its first acquisition in Pennsylvania and includes independent, assisted living and memory care options centered around the historic Washington Tavern. VISTA Today
